3 Rules for Recovery

1. Never hire someone that will not provide upfront pricing.  This means they don't have the experience to do the job.

2. Never call a company that is not a water salvage or recovery expert.  They will not have the correct equipment.

3. Never hire anyone that uses recreational divers, this includes firemen and public safety divers.  They might have a lot of experience, but they are not legally certified to do commercial work.
